VS Plastic Pipe Collars are made of non-corrosive powder coated steel collars lined with VS Plastic Pipe wraps which can be fixed on plastic pipes which penetrate through a core cut/cast hole in wall or floor. The intumescent wrap inside the collar expands multiple times its original volume when exposed to high temperature/Fire, which effectively seals the penetration, opening forming a fire-resistant barrier.
