VS Steel Fire Doors
Product Description
VS Steel Fire Doors are used in residential, commercial and industrial complexes to create fire compartments in order to contain the spread of fire, smoke and heat when a fire occurs. With the advent of high rise buildings, fire doors are essential in stairways/exits in order to allow safe exit passage to people from the premises. VS Steel Fire Doors are double skinned composite door shutters mounted on hollow metal steel frames with suitable hardware fittings. Our steel fire doors are finished with a powder coating to give a sleek finish in any colour of the client’s choice. The complete fire door assembly comprises of a steel fire door frame, & steel shutter/s made from pressed steel sheets with internal back plates & bracings for door hardware mounting. The door shutters contain infills to achieve the desired fire rating. When VS Steel Fire Doors are installed in a fire compartment, they provide a fire barrier for up to 2 hours.
Testing Details
- Product is Tested as per BS 476 Part 22 / IS 3614, part II for 120 minutes fire rating.
- Also tested to IS 3614 :2021 for 2 criteria fire resistance rating of 30 minutes Insulation and 120 minutes integrity.
- Tested at NABL accredited / Govt. approved labs.
- Approved by MHADA.
