Product Description
VS Fire Rated Partition/Wall is a fire barrier system designed to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic fumes within a building. The system consists of Ace Panel Seal Boards framed inside steel channels, forming a durable and reliable fire-resistant wall or partition.
The support structure can comprise standard steel angle channels or beams, selected based on the span and height of the partition or wall required at the project site.
The Ace Panel Seal system incorporates mineral wool boards coated on both sides with Ace Mastik Coating, (a fire-retardant paint/coating),

- Product is Tested as per ASTM-E-814 & BS 476 Part 22 and offers a fire rating of 2 hours.
