Managing Director
Ketan Salot, the Managing Director of Vijay Systems Engineers, is a distinguished leader and visionary in the field of Passive Fire Protection. A graduate in Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree holder in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, he brings nearly four decades of experience across both Active and Passive Fire Protection domains within the Vijay Group of Companies.
Mr. Salot began his professional journey in 1988 with Vijay Industries & Projects Ltd., a part of the Vijay Group engaged in Active Fire Protection turnkey projects. Under his leadership, the company achieved a pioneering milestone by introducing the technology to manufacture a complete range of conventional and addressable fire detection systems—detectors and control panels—through a technical collaboration with Autronica of Norway. This made Vijay Industries & Projects Ltd. the first Indian company to manufacture an entire range of fire detection products domestically.
Building on this legacy of innovation, he later facilitated the development of Fire Retardant Coatings in collaboration with Ace Turnkey and Vijay Fire Protection, another group company. Recognizing the increasing demand for specialized Passive Fire Protection solutions, Mr. Salot spearheaded the establishment of Vijay Systems Engineers (VSE) in 2001 as a dedicated entity exclusively focused on Passive Fire Protection.
Guided by his visionary goal to offer comprehensive Passive Fire Safety solutions under one roof, he led VSE to achieve product approvals and execute large-scale projects across diverse sectors, including Nuclear and Thermal Power Plants, Refineries, Steel Plants, Hospitals, Data Centres, Railways, Airports, Commercial Complexes, and Residential Developments. His strategic foresight and commitment to excellence have established VSE as a trusted and recognized name across major industries.
Under his leadership, VSE has introduced an extensive portfolio of Passive Fire Protection products, including Fire Retardant Coatings, Firestop Systems, Fire Barriers, Structural Steel Fire Protection, Fire Partitions, Smoke Seals, Fire Doors, and Fire Curtains. These innovations have positioned VSE as a one-stop solution provider for robust, certified, and reliable fire safety systems.

With an illustrious career spanning over 46 years, Pradeep Dani stands as a visionary leader in India’s fire protection industry. As President – Sales & Marketing at Vijay Systems Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (VSE), he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving innovation, and delivering cutting-edge Passive Fire Protection (PFP) solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients across the country.
Pradeep brings more than three decades of specialized expertise in passive fire protection systems, combining deep technical knowledge with a sharp business acumen. His academic foundation in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech), along with advanced qualifications in Business Management and Industrial Engineering, empowers him to bridge the gap between engineering precision and market strategy.
Throughout his career, Pradeep has led numerous high-stakes projects, designing and implementing custom fire safety solutions for complex and high-risk environments. His hands-on approach to application, testing, and deployment has earned him the trust of industry leaders and regulatory bodies alike.
Beyond his executive role, Pradeep is a passionate educator and advocate for fire safety, frequently conducting training programs, technical seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for industry forums and academic institutions, including the Fire Engineering College. His commitment to excellence and compliance has helped VSE build a reputation as a trusted partner in fire protection, known for its integrity, innovation, and client-first philosophy.

Vice President – Sales & Projects
With over 36 years of industry experience, Abhijit Bhate stands as a pillar of leadership and technical excellence at Vijay Systems Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (VSE), where he serves as Vice President – Sales & Projects. His career journey is a testament to deep domain expertise, strategic foresight, and unwavering commitment to quality.
Abhijit’s professional arc spans 18 years in electrical engineering followed by 18 years of specialization in passive fire protection systems, positioning him as a trusted authority in both fields. His leadership has been instrumental in driving VSE’s nationwide success across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, consistently delivering high-value projects with precision and integrity.
Renowned for his ability to navigate complex project environments, Abhijit has built enduring relationships with MEP consultants, architects, contractors, and clients from both public sector undertakings (PSUs) and private enterprises. His portfolio includes collaborations with some of India’s most prestigious organizations, including BHEL, SAIL, NTPC, NPCIL, BARC, L&T, Siemens, Primetals, Oberoi Realty, Godrej Group, and Indiabulls, among many others.
Abhijit’s deep technical knowledge, combined with his strategic approach to sales and execution, has played a pivotal role in shaping VSE’s growth trajectory over the past two decades.
